| Remote Access Metering |

The New York Municipal Power Agency (NYMPA) commissioned
PLM to design & build provisions for remotely accessing
hourly load data at over thirty NYMPA member substation
locations throughout New York. This data is required to
prepare daily load forecasts for each of the member municipals
for purposes of scheduling power supply resources. PLM
developed detailed equipment specifications to procure
Remote Access Pulse Recorders (RAPR) and interrogation
software. |

Bid-to-Bill Services |
|
The New York Municipal Power Agency has retained PLM to
provide complete bid-to-bill services to the Agency and
its 34 member systems. The retainer includes daily operational
and long-term bulk power supply planning services. PLM
provides hourly load forecasts looking ten days forward
and resource optimization and scheduling with the New
York Independent System Operator (NYISO). |
